Important connection details:
- Monthly prices include VAT.
- Site surveys are provided at no cost
- Equivalent of one month's deposit is required for all dedicated bandwidth options
- One time installation costs average about KES30,000. This covers installation and an optional wireless router. Actual cost is provided after site survey
- Minimum contract period is six months
- KES5,000 per month for wireless radio lease for wireless connection contracts less than 24 months. Wireless radio is provided at no cost for 24 or more month contracts. Wireless radio remains property of the service provider.
- Client provides a dedicated Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) for network equipment i.e. wireless radio or fiber router and wireless router.
- Client responsible for at least one laptop, desktop or server to be used to connect to the internet. We provide optional network design, installation and maintenance.
